Having suffered a bereavement, the prospect of making house clearance arrangements may feel overwhelming. It’s often a prerequisite however, to your Estate Agent marketing the property, or new occupants moving in.
We can assist you in the most sensitive manner by clearing the house entirely. This can include all items from the drawers and cupboards, which itself, can be an emotional and lengthy process for relatives. We will make the property look presentable in rediness for sale or transfer, and can help with the clearance and maintenance of the garden which may have become an added burden to your loved one in more recent years. If you live at distance from the property, we can collect the keys from your estate agent, e-mail quotes and invoices, and any payments can be made over the phone by debit or credit card. Our post clearance services may be of particular interest to you also.

Some of our customers understandably prefer not to be there whilst the clearance is in progress, whereas others choose to stay. In either situation we very much like to talk to you about the person we are clearing the house after; we always have time to listen. We are sympathetic and would like to assure you that your loved ones effects will be removed from the house with care and in a respectful way.
We hope it offers comfort, that we pass on many things collected over the course of our work to worthwhile organisations, including our own animal sanctuary that was founded in 1990. Clothes, books, ornaments, pictures, duvets and bedding can be distributed, and are all gratefully received by a number of organisations that we are in contact with.
If there are items of value within the property, we can advise you, offset the value of them against the cost of the clearance, or place them through sale on your behalf.
