AAA House Clearance – Services We Provide, and How We Work
AAA House clearance is based across Sussex and Surrey. We have bases and offices in Horsham, Crawley, Brighton, Dorking, East Grinstead, Haselmere, Haywards Heath, Guildford, Reigate, Pulborough, Caterham, and Worthing. From these bases we provide a full coverage of both counties, and provide a clearance, removal, cleaning, decorating, and or lawn/hedge cutting services. We offer this comprehensive range of services so that we can help you prepare a property for sale or transfer, easily, with the use of just one, company throughout.
Our House Clearance Service – We can clear just an item or two from a property, or we can clear the entire contents – it really depends on your requirements. We can clear all bulky furniture, along with smaller household contents from drawers, cupboards, and surfaces. Carpets and curtains can be removed, if the property is to be left completely empty. We can clear house contents which are fit for re-use or re-sale, and we can also clear rubbish and waste. We can clear from all areas of the property including the house, loft, cellar, garage, sheds and out-building, greenhouse, garden, fields, and stables.
We have a rather unique approach in dealing with the house contents we clear. We very much like all re-usable items to have continued use. Not only does this reduce landfill, but we believe it offers some comfort to loved ones, who are perhaps clearing a property after a family member has passed away, to know that their belongings have gone on to benefit people most in need, in the local community, and farther away in Africa. We offer house contents for free, along with free delivery of them, to struggling local families. We also arrange for furniture, tools, small machines, and educational supplies to be shipped out to Africa to those in dire need, and from the most impoverished areas.
When we clear a property, we work as if we were clearing it after a loved one of our own – with care, respect, and discretion. Our customers truly appreciate our caring, more sensitive approach. We understand that making clearance arrangements after the passing of a loved one, can be a highly emotional time, but we always have time to listen – sometime this will be the same house our customer grew up in, or the home where many happy family gatherings will have taken place, in previous years.
On other occasions, we are clearing properties due to a loved one down-sizing, or moving to a care home type setting. Again, we are aware, that after many years, as having this place as home, a move to somewhere new, can feel quite daunting. We are very considerate of this, and depending on the feeling we get from the person we’re clearing for, we can keep the atmosphere upbeat and optimistic, or understanding of the stress, which the move may be causing, in which case we will provide a more understanding, gentle, and supportive service.
Our aim is make the process; whether it’s preparing a property for sale, or helping a customer’s relative to down-size, an easy, stress-free event, where both you and/or your loved one feel supported, considered, and taken care of, throughout.
Our Commercial Clearance Service – We specialise in clearing hoarded properties, and carrying out commercial clearances of factories, warehouses, and large-scale office developments. However, we also carry out partial house clearance and office clearances. We may for example be asked to clear just a garage or loft, of it’s contents; or an office-full of desks and filing cabinets which are no longer required. We do it all, from small-scale clearances, to the kind that make you wonder “Where on earth would one begin?”
Many of the commercial items we collect are also fit for re-use, and shipped to schools which are being set up in Africa. This reduces landfill, keeps costs down, and ensures that someone, somewhere will benefit from the items no longer needed, by your company.
We clear all types of office and commercial contents. We often clear office furniture and chattels, but we have also cleared schools and hospitals of out-of-date equipment, as well as hospital student accommodation of old furniture, prior to a refurbishment. We have cleared small business premises in advance of closure, and we have cleared shops of damaged stock, and broken appliances. We also clear rubbish and waste from wheelie-bins and from the grounds of commercial premises. We work alongside property maintenance companies, and in conjunction with landlords, solicitors, estate agents, banks, and mortgage lenders.
Our Removal Service – We are happy to provide a full contents removal service, if required, however we are most frequently asked to provide a part-clearance, along with a part-removal. This may be due to a customer down-sizing, or because in addition to mainly clearance, our customers wish to have some items moved from a loved one’s property, to their own, or to those of other family members. The items will usually hold value, or be of great sentiment to our customers.
Our Cleaning Service – Following the clearance of a house or commercial premises, you may feel the need to have it cleaned prior to exchange. We can assist here, also, making it easy for you to have one company provide the complete service – taking your house from that lived-in, used look, to one which is ready for exchange and sale. We provide surface cleans as well as much deeper cleans to remove heavy staining from walls, and grease build up on appliances. Surfaces will be left dirt and dust free, and carpets can be cleaned also, returning them to very good condition, if they were not too heavily stained in the first place. Our cleaning service will leave your windows and internal frames, gleaming.
Our Decorating Service – Sometimes after clearance and/or removal; and even after cleaning; the house still isn’t looking quite as fresh as it could. It might have been years since the property was last decorated, and a new coat of paint everywhere can really give it a new feel, inside. We can provide this service. It is often requested by the landlords and tenants we work for. Housing associations will frequently request that their property is left decorated in neutral colours, prior to the keys being handed back to them. Our decorating service is also requested by those wishing to optimise the selling potential of the property, following clearance of it.
Our Lawn and Hedge Cutting Service – We can make the inside of a property look bigger, emptier, cleaner, and even newer, but the outside appearance of the garden and hedges may still be letting it down.
We can cut overgrown lawns that may have become an burden to you or your loved one, in recent years. We can cut back brambles which may have over-taken the garden, and we can trim hedges which have become a little over-grown and out of hand. A garden with grass that is too long, and hedges that aren’t neat, can make it look smaller than it really is, and unwelcoming. It can be hard for our customers to even attempt to tackle in the first place, due to the length of time since cutting last took place. Unfortunately, this can reduce the likelihood of the house selling, and our customer obtaining the best possible sale price.
Allow us to prove our garden cutting service. This will take the stress and effort out of the situation for you, and allow you to more easily maintain the cut garden, between when we restore it to it’s former glory, and when the sale of the property goes through.
