1. Landlords If you're approaching us because your previous tennants have vacated the property, leaving some or all of their belongings behind for you to deal with, we aim to clear the house as quickly as possible. This enables your letting agent to arrange a new tennancy, or prepares the house in rediness for sale. We can clear everything that the tennants have caused damage to or left at your property, and we realise that this may need to be done as a matter of urgency to minimize the time and money lost to you. We work all days and hours to meet your requirements, and can even get the job done without meeting you (if you live some distance away) through liasion with, and collection of the house keys from your letting/estate agent. Should you be faced with the situation where the tennants have vacated the property, leaving any of their belongings in place, prior to the end of the tennancy agreement, we suggust that you contact your solicitor for advice before making any of the house clearance arrangements with us.
If you are the tennants approaching the end of your tennancy agreement, we understand that you might need the property cleared quickly and at short notice, so as to avoid paying any additional rent. Try not to worry if you've left getting the house cleared until the last minute as we will do our very best to help you. We are available 7 days a week, and will work any hour to meet your requirement and deadline. We advise all tennants to clarify the time of day that their tennancy ends. Some agreements may terminate at the beginning of the day rather than the end. In any case we recommend that the clearance work be completed on or prior to your penultimate day at the property to ensure that any work can be carried out on time, and with out you feeling under unecessary stress.
