Having spoken to you or your client, it isusually necessary to meet at the address so that we can stablish what there is to be cleared. If however, circumstances do not permitt this, we offer the service of collecting the keys from you, and providing an over-the-phone-quote within the hour. Upon your clients acceptance, we arrange with you a convenient time to collect the keys again, carry out the work, and return them to you on completion of the job.

We appreciate that once you or your client have contacted us, we might need to move swiftly in getting the property cleared in rediness for the new occupants to move in, or so that the exchange of contracts go ahead with peace of mind. We are contactable at all times, and available 7 days a week to discuss the clearance requirements and actually carry out the work.
