General Clearance

You have come to the right page of our website if you are looking to organise clearance of specific areas, or items  of from property or work premises.  You may wish to have a general tidy-up around the place, get rid of some rubbish that has been laying around for too long, or simply make some much needed space, and clear your mind of something you have been meaning to deal with, for some time.

cluttered-cupboard

We clear all that you would expect to find, and, all that you might not, from any area, including those with difficult accessibility.  Such areas might include a cluttered loft with no loft boards, a cellar or basement with minimal light and a narrow stairway, or behind garden sheds or the rafters in the garage.

De-cluttering your home or office is a very uplifting experience.  We tend to store things in garages, cupboards, sheds, lofts, or even around the house, thinking that we will find use for them at some point in the future, or deal with getting rid of them at a later date etc; All too often though, these items sit out of immediate sight for years, enticing us to add more and more that ‘we don’t need right now; Before you know it, you have a cluttered, untidy space, that can no longer be used for it’s intended purpose!  We see this a lot.

Clearance of Bits and Bobs From Around The House – Feel free to get in touch if you have a few items from around the house that need to go.  You might need your 3 piece suite collected prior to delivery of your new one; old worn out items of furniture taken away; items collected, that have been stored on your driveway or in the spare room; or old carpet lifted, that you’re having replaced.  Whatever it is, wherever it is, we will be happy to call round it take it away for you.

Loft Clearance – We can clear all bags, boxes, and loose, stored items from the loft or attic.  We can carry out a full or part clearance of the loft.  If you have forgotten what is up there, we offer the service of bringing all items down, so that you can cast an eye over, and look through boxes, after which, we will clear anything you don’t want, and place items you wish to keep, back in the loft.  A loft clearance will create more space for you to use, and is often carried out in advance of a house sale, or tenancy end, or simply to make some space.

Sometimes undisturbed lofts attract unwanted pests.  If your loft houses rats or wasps, we can highly recommend the pest control service, whom we contract work to.

Garage Clearance – Garages are often used to store wood, old bikes, unused tools, dried-up paint, DIY equipment, garden furniture, and general rubbish, to name but a few.  We can clear all the unwanted contents from your garage, in preparation for your house sale, or just in order to create some much needed space.  We clear rubbish, waste, and non-reusable garage contents as well as re-usable, recyclable items, and those with re-sale value high enough to warrant placement through our sales.

We can clear and recover cars, motorbikes, mopeds, boats, tractors, caravans, and mobile homes too.

Cellar/Basement Clearance – Cellars and basements are often used to store paperwork, out of use house contents and furniture, hobbyist equipment, boxes and bags of contents, and washing machines and dryers, amongst many other things.  Having the cellar/basement emptied or de-cluttered will be a great feeling.  It’s often not an easy place to get things out of, due to low ceilings, and narrow, steep stairs, but in allowing us to make space down there, it will leave you feeling as if you’ve gained a room to the house, and will be a weight off your mind.

If you have forgotten what is in your cellar/basement, we offer the service of bringing contents up, for you to look through, clearing what you don’t wish to keep, and placing items that you do want, back down there.  Cellar/basement clearances can be carried out in order to create space, or in preparation for a house sale or move.

Clearance of Sheds And Greenhouses – These areas often store unused or unwanted items for use in or around the garden, and sometimes from the house too.  We sometimes find that our customers are storing so much in their garden sheds, they no longer know what is in there.  In such cases we can take everything out of the shed, for you to sort through, clearing the items you don’t want, and replacing the items you do, back in the shed.

empty-shed

We clear all manner and nature of shed contents, and we can dismantle and clear the actual structure too if it is no longer fit for purpose or looks unsightly.  The same applies with greenhouses – we can empty them of all dried, weathered plant pots, dead plants, and gardening/greenhouse equipment, before dismantling the actual structure, if you so require.

Clearance of sheds and greenhouses gives you the space to use these out-building for their intended purpose, or can make the garden area a lot more appealing to prospective home buyers as a clutter-free area creates a sense of spaciousness.

Garden Clearance – this is an area where we might be clearing unwanted children’s toys, or items from the house, house renovation waste, rubble and builders waste, logs and piles of wood, hedge and lawn trimmings, mobile homes and caravans, and out of control hobbiest equipment!  We will clear everything that has been ruining your enjoyment of your garden, making it look unsightly, or making it unfit for purpose.

In addition to clearing unwanted rubbish and waste, we can also dismantle and clear out-buildings such as sheds and greenhouses, and we also provide gardening services such as lawn cutting, hedge trimming, and brush-cutting of thick, overgrown brambled areas.  This can be done as a general tidy-up around the garden, or in preparation for the sale of your property.

We can de-clutter, tidy-up, and create some much-needed space around your home. This can be a very uplifting experience for our customers, who have possibly lacked the time to deal with amassing paperwork, unwanted furniture, and items that really should have been discarded, years ago.

At the time, it seems convenient to place such things out of sight in the spare room, cellar, garage, loft, or even the garden shed, but sooner or later, you may find yourself needing that space to store items that are used more frequently. Retrieving some lost space is a great feeling, it will make your home feel bigger, and in turn can even improve the selling potential if you are considering placing it on the market.

Garages and driveways are often used to store vehicles, caravans, and mobile homes that are no longer in use. We can remove such vehicles with ease, and provide you with better access to areas of your property that may have been partially or completely blocked previously.
